Our typical project duration ranges from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity and scope. The initial payment secures your project slot and enables our team to allocate dedicated resources, conduct research, and begin development work immediately.
Due to the specialized nature of our AI automation services, consulting expertise, and custom development work, all payments are non-refundable once services have commenced. This policy exists because:

Time and resources are immediately allocated upon project initiation
Intellectual property and strategic insights are provided throughout the engagement

We understand that business priorities can change. Therefore, we offer a limited grace period for cancellations:
48-Hour Cancellation Window:
Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of contract signing

Only applicable if no substantial project work has commenced
Refund Structure for Early Cancellations:
Administrative Fee: 20% of total project value (non-refundable)
Refundable Amount: 30% of total project value
Timeline: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
The administrative fee covers consultation time, opportunity costs, resource allocation, and initial project setup activities already performed.
If you choose to terminate services after the 48-hour grace period but before project completion:
Initial 50% payment is non-refundable and will be retained by APIX AI
No refund will be provided for work completed or time invested
All intellectual property and work products developed remain with APIX AI
Final 50% payment is not required if services are terminated before completion
This policy ensures fair compensation for resources allocated, research conducted, and opportunity costs incurred during the project engagement.

Communication Required: All modification requests must be submitted in writing and will be confirmed via email to ensure clear understanding of any timeline or scope changes.

If we fail to meet agreed-upon deliverables due to our error, we will work to resolve issues at no additional cost
