Standard Payment Schedule:

  • 50% Initial Payment: Required upon contract signing to initiate the project

  • 50% Final Payment: Due upon successful project delivery or service completion


Please note: Our standard 50/50 payment structure may be subject to change based on the scope of the service or project requirements. Alternative payment schedules will be clearly outlined in your specific project agreement.


Our typical project duration ranges from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity and scope. The initial payment secures your project slot and enables our team to allocate dedicated resources, conduct research, and begin development work immediately.

Refund Structure for Early Cancellations:

  • Administrative Fee: 20% of total project value (non-refundable)

  • Refundable Amount: 30% of total project value

  • Timeline: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days


The administrative fee covers consultation time, opportunity costs, resource allocation, and initial project setup activities already performed.
